Frequently Asked Questions

KGCCO provides high-quality call center support to help thousands of Americans navigate complex healthcare plans offered through the Federal Marketplace. Our team guides individuals and families through their options so they can make informed decisions about their well-being.
At KGCCO, we understand that our front-line Customer Service Representatives are the lifeblood of our success. Because of this, both short-term and long-term positions actually represent the same vital role – just at different stages of your career journey with us!

Short-term positions: all new team members begin in a short-term, limited-service capacity. These roles act as a trial period and are focused strictly on our peak volume during the Federal Marketplace Insurance Open Enrollment Period (OEP) in the fall and winter months. It’s a great opportunity for a rapid income boost while you get to experience our positive, people-centric work environment.

Long-term positions: the difference is that long-term careers are the next step. Once you prove your skill set during your initial short-term trial period, top performers have the opportunity to convert into full-time, year-round positions. These roles provide a solid operational foundation, continuous “tailored training solutions,” and access to our full total rewards benefits package.

Not necessarily. While a background in customer service or healthcare is a plus, what we value most is empathy, clear communication, and reliability. We provide 100% fully paid training for all new hires to ensure you have the knowledge and tools required to succeed.
For our full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) positions, medical insurance is available at no cost for employee-only coverage. For non-CSR full-time roles, medical insurance is heavily subsidized by the company. We also provide short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance to all full-time employees at no cost.
We offer a generous company matching program with no vesting period. This means that the day the company contributes matching funds to your retirement account, that money belongs to you completely – there is no waiting period to earn it.
Yes. Depending on your specific position eligibility, we offer targeted bonus programs to reward excellent performance.

Paid sick leave and paid vacation days are provided, with accrual amounts depending on your specific position and eligibility. In addition, all employees receive holiday pay for 11 federal holidays each year.

We are committed to providing an accessible application process for all candidates. If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete your application, interview, or participate in testing, please contact our Talent Team at recruiting@kenific-c2.com or call (863) 315-5039.
